VW NEXT

I created the identity and branding system for VW Next, a “Service-to-Sales” initiative designed to keep current Volkswagen owners within the brand. The program helps migrate customers from the service department to the sales floor through personalized offers and loyalty incentives.

The launch included a complete branding bundle—program name, logo lockup, look and feel, and a suite of assets for showroom, service center, and digital use. Developed in partnership with the Pacific Region and 61 California dealers, the work equipped teams with the tools to communicate and promote the program consistently across touchpoints.
